Why We Should Document What Matters Most to Us
It’s such a great experience for me to be able to go through and scan old slides that were my Dad’s and Grandfather’s. I wish I could have done it with my Dad while he was still here, but at least I have these captured memories of theirs.
This photo is of my Dad on a hunting outing with his Dad, sometime in the 1960s. I still have his old shotgun (the one that’s closest to my Dad in the photo). Seeing these photos makes it really hit home with me just how important and powerful photography is and can be! I need to be using this gift of photography I have been given; not letting it go to waste.
Remember to document what’s most important to you. ~shared by @misselphotography
