My very first Christmas, 1954.

Looks like everyone got rockers for their new babies. We were all baby girls and there were still two more yet to come! It was pretty awesome growing up in a family of all girls.
My big sisters Chrissy and Patty were wearing their new Christmas dresses that my mother made and smocked. I sent this picture to my sisters to find out about the color of the dresses. They were red and white!

It was the best Christmas ever for my sister. You see, Chrissy always wanted a Shirley Temple doll. And she got one! Turns out, old Santa is pretty awesome, but old family photos are priceless!
