This is a vintage wedding photo of my grandparents, Joseph Alcide LaCour and Sarah Lincoln LaCour, in Mississippi in 1945.

They were married shortly after WWII and my father was born a few years later.

Today, we give thanks for the Veterans who sacrificed for us. Many gave their lives, and many returned home to start new families.

They left a legacy that lives on today in us.
